A Unique way to Develop Love for Reading

A Unique way to Develop Love for Reading

Dear Parents,

Much of what happens to Venu in the book , A Walk in the Zoo, happens to all of us on a daily basis. We see things which excite us and, we wish that if we have them our life will be more exciting and enriched. The truth can not be more different. I want to challenge you to think and believe how wonderful and unique you are. I want you to feel special as there is no one like you.

“Today you are you! That is truer than true! There is no one alive who is you-er than you!
You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose.
The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you’ll go.”

These famous words from Dr. Seuss, world renowned author of children’s books like Cat in the Hat, have been the inspiration for me. A doctor by profession and a passionate chidren’s story teller by purpose. I made it my single purpose in life to empower the children of this world through reading and by stretching their imagination.

How this book will help read better?
What is unique about the book is its Audio Story which will transport the little ones to the world of Animals. Its musical background and animal sounds grip their attention thus developing their listening skills and eventually developing their interest in the book to bond and read better. The Audio also helps them improve their narration.
So help me in this journey to empower our children. Buy these books, gift these books to the less fortunate ones but above all, read them to your children every single night, so when they dream, they imagine the world they want to create every night. When they wake up in the  morning, ask them about their dreams and if you can then help them during the day to fulfill their dreams. Slowly, they will train themselves to plan in their dreams and achieve them the next day.

A Reader’s Review-

Going through a book with your son (or daughter) and pausing at a page for the sheer joy of listening to a growling lion or a jumping monkey. And then see the little one enact the animal is some experience. I’ve read out a lot of books to my son but this was the first time we played while reading the book thanks to the lively audio sounds… It has added a new dimension to our (father and son) reading …
Thanks Shweta, for creating yet another happy memory for us with this delightful effort.

Cheers.
